The admin operations runbook documents the day-to-day procedures the Admaxxer team uses to keep the platform healthy. Specific topics covered include parity verification across analytics surfaces, per-workspace feature-flag administration, rollback procedures, backfill triggers, performance-dashboard interpretation, and the on-call escalation matrix.
